Email billing supportInstall or update Campaign Catcher
Campaign Catcher is available through the Chrome Web Store. Chrome requires extension installation and updates to be completed through the store.
Open Campaign Catcher in the Chrome Web Store
Before emailing
- Confirm you are signed into the Amazon account that has Creator Connections access.
- Open the Creator Connections campaign results page before starting a new mission.
- Keep Chrome and Campaign Catcher updated.
- If a long mission is paused, try resuming it before starting over.
- Include a screenshot of any error, but hide private or sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Diagnostic reports
Campaign Catcher can generate a local diagnostic export containing mission timing, page-health, recovery, request-pressure, counters, settings, and categorical errors. The diagnostic system is designed not to record Amazon page bodies or Amazon message bodies. However, a report may contain brand names, Amazon campaign or product identifiers, and Amazon URLs, so review the file before sending it if you consider those details sensitive.
Diagnostic reports are not automatically uploaded. Send one only when you want Campaign Catcher support to use it for troubleshooting.
Helpful details to include
- Campaign Catcher version number;
- Chrome version and operating system;
- which mission rules were enabled;
- the stage where the issue occurred;
- whether the mission was newly started or resumed; and
- whether retrying produced the same result.
Response expectations
Support messages are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Response times can vary during high-volume periods, weekends, and holidays.
