1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Campaign Catcher, including its website, Chrome extension, Free features, Pro trial, and paid subscriptions. By using Campaign Catcher, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with the rules of any third-party platform you access while using Campaign Catcher. You are responsible for your browser, Amazon, ExtensionPay, and payment-account access.
3. What Campaign Catcher does
Campaign Catcher is a productivity tool that evaluates and organizes campaign opportunities using the rules selected by the user. It does not apply to campaigns, accept campaign terms, contact brands, publish content, or guarantee earnings on the user’s behalf.
4. No affiliation
Campaign Catcher is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Free and Pro access
Free features may be used without a paid subscription. Pro features require an active trial or subscription. Feature availability, pricing, trial terms, and plan names may change prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where required.
6. Trial
The current Pro trial lasts 14 days, does not require a credit card, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user or account.
7. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and yearly subscriptions renew yearly unless canceled. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the account-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Campaign Catcher to violate law, infringe rights, bypass platform security, abuse Amazon services, misrepresent your identity, interfere with the extension, extract its source code except where law permits, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.
9. Platform changes and availability
Campaign Catcher depends on browser behavior, Amazon pages, ExtensionPay, Stripe, and network access that are not controlled by Campaign Catcher. Third-party changes may cause delays, incomplete results, temporary outages, or the need for software updates.
10. No earnings guarantee
Campaign Catcher does not guarantee campaign acceptance, placement, commissions, sales, revenue, or any business outcome. Users are responsible for reviewing each campaign and making their own decisions.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Catcher is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Catcher and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for Campaign Catcher during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or legal requirements. Users may stop using the Free service or cancel a paid plan at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product or law changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
